Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply when you order from Pure Amor Pawesome Booklets (ABN 69 218 035 454), trading as Pure Amor Booklets. By placing an order you agree to them. They don’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which always apply.

The product

Each booklet is handmade and personalised — made to order from the photos and details you provide. Because every booklet is unique to you and your pet, small handmade variations are part of the charm.

Pricing & payment

• Pawsome Pet Booklet — $34.99 AUD each.
• Australia Post tracked delivery — $12.00 AUD.
• Local pickup — free.
• No GST is charged.

All prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is made securely at checkout through Stripe.

Orders & production

After you order and pay, Karen reviews your photos and details and hand-binds your booklet. Production and dispatch usually take 7–14 business days.

Shipping & delivery

We deliver Australia-wide by Australia Post tracked post, or you can choose free local pickup on the Mornington Peninsula (McCrae) — you’ll arrange a time with Karen. Delivery timeframes after dispatch are set by Australia Post. Once your parcel is handed to Australia Post, delivery is in their care.

Refunds & returns

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply: if a booklet is faulty, not as described, or materially different from what you ordered, you’re entitled to a remedy.

Because each booklet is personalised and made to order, we can’t offer change-of-mind refunds once production has started.

If your booklet arrives damaged, email us at sales@pureamorbooklets.com within 7 days with a photo of the damage, and we’ll remake and resend it (or refund you if we can’t).

Cancellations

Orders are final once placed. Because production can begin right away, orders can’t be cancelled or changed after checkout. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your photos and content

By uploading photos you confirm you own them or have the right to use them, and that they don’t infringe anyone else’s rights. How we store and handle your photos is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to remaking the booklet or refunding what you paid. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
