This policy explains how Pure Amor Pawesome Booklets (ABN 69 218 035 454) — the small handmade business behind Pure Amor Booklets (“we”, “us”) — collects, uses and protects your personal information when you order a personalised pet booklet through this website. We’re based on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia. Questions or requests about your information can be sent to sales@pureamorbooklets.com.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your pet’s name and type.
• Your shipping address, when you choose delivery.
• The three photos you upload for your booklet.
• Any message you send us through the contact form.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Your photos

Your photos are stored privately. They are not publicly listed or searchable, and are only reachable through secure, access-controlled links. We use your photos solely to create your booklet. We do not sell them, and we will only ever use them for marketing (such as sharing on social media) with your express permission.

We keep your photos for 100 days after upload, after which they are automatically deleted. You can ask us to delete your photos earlier by emailing sales@pureamorbooklets.com.

How we use your information

We use your information to make and deliver your booklet, to contact you about your order, and to respond to your enquiries. We do not use it for anything else.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with trusted service providers who help us run the store:

• Stripe — to process your payment.
• Resend — to email your order details to Karen.
• Vercel — to host the website and store your photos privately.
• Neon — to store your order in our database.
• Google Analytics — to understand, anonymously, how the site is used.

We never sell your personal information to anyone.

How we protect your information

Your data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, your photos are held in private storage, and access is limited to what is needed to fulfil your order.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email sales@pureamorbooklets.com and we’ll help.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are popular and how people find us. It’s set up so the data isn’t tied to your identity, and we don’t use it for advertising. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this; you can block or delete them in your browser settings at any time. Aside from analytics, we only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site and secure checkout to function.

This website and our products are intended for adults and are not directed at people under 18.
